Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Card Radar (the "Service"), operated at cardradar.gg. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify Card Radar promptly through the contact form if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe the rights of others.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the Service by automated means except as explicitly permitted.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Prices, availability, and product information shown on Card Radar are aggregated from third-party sources and partner stores. Card Radar does its best to keep data current, but makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify price and availability on the destination store before completing a purchase.

Card Radar is not a party to any transaction you make with a third-party store. Sales, shipping, returns, and customer service are handled entirely by the store you purchase from, subject to that store's terms.

Card Radar shows market prices, historical trends, portfolio valuations, and arbitrage math as reference information only. None of this is financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice, and Card Radar is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. Collectible values are volatile and future sale prices are not guaranteed. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

The Card Radar scanner uses image recognition to identify cards and sealed products. Matches are confidence-ranked, not certain. Card Radar does not warrant that a scan result correctly identifies the card in the photo, that the linked price reflects what your specific card is worth, or that any grading, condition, or authenticity signal is accurate. Always confirm a match before acting on it.

Card Radar partners with select stores and may earn a commission on purchases made through our links. This does not change the price you pay. We disclose this relationship in our site footer and on relevant product surfaces as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines.

When you upload a photo to the scanner or add cards to a collection, watchlist, or trade, you grant Card Radar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service. You retain all ownership rights in your content.

We may use submitted scan images, scan results and corrections to improve card recognition, including model training and evaluation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Its retention limits, privacy choices and protections for earlier submissions apply.

The Service, including its design, software, text, and branding, is owned by Card Radar and protected by intellectual property laws. Trading card images, names, and set symbols are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Stores that apply to the partner program agree to the separate terms presented during onboarding. Card Radar reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate partner accounts at its discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Radar and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or its users. You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Card Radar is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
